性质描述:

易流动的液体。熔点-60℃，沸点86-87℃（1.46kPa），59℃（0.266kPa），相对密度1.118（25/4℃）。微溶于水，可与DMF、CS2、CCI4等有机溶剂混溶。商品为盐酸氮芥，白色片状结晶，熔点119℃（110℃），易溶于水及乙醇。

生产方法:

由二乙醇胺经甲酸，甲醛甲基化，氯化亚砜氯化而得。

用途:

盐酸氮芥（C5H11CI2N·HCI，[55-86-7]是抗恶性肿瘤药。该品直接与DNA结合，影响其结构和功能，具有强烈的细胞毒作用，选择性差，对增殖细胞和非增殖细胞的作用近似。主要用于恶性淋巴瘤和蕈样肉芽肿以及肺癌，对未分化癌疗效好而快，与VCR、甲基苄肼等合用治疗何杰金氏病有较高的疗效。对卵巢癌、乳腺癌、绒癌、前列腺癌、精原细胞癌和鼻咽癌（半身化疗法）等也有一定的疗效。也可用作植物育种诱变剂。盐酸氮芥对粘膜有强烈刺激作用。
