性质描述:

白色结晶。加热至145-148℃升华，293-295℃分解，溶于水（25℃，24.26g/L）、乙酸（10.9g/L）、稀盐酸、氢氧化碱及碳酸盐溶液，微溶于醇（0.72g/L），不溶于醚。

生产方法:

蛋白质（干酪素、角蛋白等）用盐酸或稀硫酸水解，水解液经碱中和沉淀出亮氨酸、L-异亮氨酸及L-蛋氨酸的混合物，用铜盐法精制，用β-萘磺酸使L-亮氨酸沉淀，得纯品。

用途:

属必需氨基酸，成年男子需要量2.2g/d，为婴儿正常生长及成人维持正常氮平衡所必需。该品作为营养增补剂，配制氨基酸输液及综合氨基酸制剂，降血糖剂，植物生长促进剂。按我国GB 2760-86规定，该品可用作香料。
