性质描述: 无色稳定、低沸点重质油状液体。具有类似氯仿的气味。不易燃,易挥发,与普通金属不发生化学反应。与一般有机溶剂混溶,微溶于水。熔点-87.1℃,沸点86.7℃,20.0℃(8.0kPa),相对密度(20/4℃)1.4649,折射率1.4782,闪点32.2℃,自燃点410℃,临界温度271℃,临界压力5.02MPa。低粘度,在潮湿空气中能被光线缓慢分解生成盐酸。常加三乙醇胺、硬脂酸酯或甲酚作稳定剂,或加1%乙醇作抗氧剂。
生产方法: 1.乙炔法此法以电石发生的乙炔和氯气为原料、四氯化碳为稀释剂、三氯化铁为催化剂液相合成1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷,再加石灰乳脱氯化氢,得粗三氯乙烯,经粗馏、精馏,即得产品。因乙炔价昂,大多转用乙烯法。2.乙烯直接氯化法经直接氯化得四氯乙烷和五氯乙烷的混合物,通过对其进行气相裂解制取三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯。3.乙烯氧氯化法此法以乙烯、氧气(或空气)、氯气为原料,经催化氯化氧化得三氯乙烯产品,同时还可得四氯乙烯。
用途: 优良的溶剂,用作金属表面处理剂,电镀、上漆前的清洁剂,金属脱脂剂和脂肪、油、石蜡的萃取剂。用于有机合成、农药的生产。三氯乙烯用于生产四氯乙烯可作为驱肠虫药;用于生产六氯乙烷,作为兽用驱虫药,来用防治反刍兽类肝蛭病及胃蛭病、睾吸虫病和线虫病。
