性质描述:

白色片状结晶。熔点213℃，沸点383℃，250℃（6kPa），闪点207℃，相对密度1.234（0℃）。溶于热苯，微溶于醚和二硫化碳，极难溶于乙醇和乙酸。427℃升华。

生产方法:

工业上可从生产联苯的副产物中分离得到，采用升华法效果较好。

用途:

用于有机合成；作为有机闪烁试剂，是闪烁计数器的发光物；与联苯等混合可用作核电站的载热体。
