Description
人肝癌细胞Hep G2 [HEPG2]来源于一个15岁的白人男性肝癌患者。该细胞表达3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰还原酶(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA)和肝三酰甘油脂肪(hepatic triglyceride lipase)活性。此细胞不携带乙肝病毒基因组(Hepatitis B virus)。模式染色体数为55(50-60不等)。在免疫抑制小鼠中不致瘤,在半固体培养基中可成瘤。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测,结果为阴性。经本库STR检测结果无误。STR结果如下:D5S818: 11,12;D13S317: 9,13;D7S820: 10,10;D16S539: 12,12;vWA: 17,17;THO1: 9,9;Amelogenin: X,Y;TPOX: 8,9;CSF1PO: 10,11

注意事项:
1.Hep G2 [HEPG2]对培养条件要求较严格,特别是pH值和血清质量,否则可能影响细胞凝集数量,应使用高质量低内毒素,未灭火的胎牛血清,可以帮助圆形的细胞丛簇更好的贴壁及形成单层细胞。细胞内容易有空泡,特别是在融合时。
2.该细胞复苏后可能存在形态不典型的情况,经几次传代后,细胞形态会更加典型。
3.该细胞对血清质量较为敏感,我库建议您使用优质胎牛血清进行培养或选择订购我库配套MEM完全培养液,货号为SCSP-651。
4.我库冻存时,每支冻存管约含7×105细胞量,体积为500μl,预期存活率70%,建议复苏至1个T25培养瓶中。
