背景信息：

转录因子 Th-诱导性 POZ/Krüppel-样因子 (ThPOK、ZBTB7B、cKROX、ZFP67) 是一种转录阻遏蛋白，属于 POK/ZBTB 家族淋巴样细胞发育调节因子 (1)。ThPOK 最为人知的是作为标记性 CD4+ T_h 细胞转录因子，在 CD4+ T_h 细胞而不是 CD8+ 细胞毒性 T 细胞的分化中上调 (1)。在发育的 T 细胞中，ThPOK 表达可以抑制 CD8 和细胞毒性 T 细胞效应器基因表达，并通过拮抗 RUNX-介导的 CD4 抑制间接促进 CD4 表达 (2-4)。ThPOK 表达在 NKT 细胞和 γδ T 淋巴细胞也有所见 (5,6)。
