Cyclocurcumin, a curcumin derivative, exhibits anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and immune-modulating abilities and is a potential compound for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis as predicted by the MM-PBSA method. It may have a therapeutic potential as a novel antivasoconstrictive natural product.
