Influenza virus-IN-4 shows NA (neuraminidase enzyme)-inhibitory activity. Influenza virus-IN-4 shows low cytotoxicity with an CC 50 of >200 μM. Influenza virus-IN-4 shows no obvious toxicity at the dose of 1500 mg/kg in mice [1].
