产品描述 | ACTH (11-24) is a fragment of adrenocorticotrophin, acts as an antagonist of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) receptor, and induces cortisol release. ACTH (11-24) acts as an antagonist of adrenocorticotropic hormone receptor[1]. ACTH (11-24) induces cortisol secretion submaximally in freshly dispersed or cultured beef adrenal cortical cells. The maximal cortisol release by ACTH (11-24) is enhanced by forskolin but inhibited by calcium channel blockers[2].
